Under BILS-DGB project, a half –day workshop to prepare training manual for youth organizers and trainers was held on November 24, 2016 at BILS-LRSC office Chittagong.

Jatiyatabdi Sramik Dal Chittagong President A M Nazim Uddin and Trade Union Kendra Chittagong President Tapan Dutta conducted the sessions. Jatiya Sramik Dal Pahartoli industrial area President Shafi Bangali, Trade Union Kendra Chittagong General Secretary Md. Mosiuddowla, Bangladesh Mukto Sramik Federation President Kazi Altaf, Jatiya Mahila Sramik League Chittagong President Nasrin Akhter, Jatiya Mahila Sramik Dal Chittagong President Shahnewaz Chowdhury, Trade Union Kendra Chittagong Trainer Fazlul Kabir Mintu and Jatiyo Sramik Jote Chittagong General Secretary Md. Rafiqul Alam also spoke at the workshop. They finalized the contents of the training manual. These are as follows: history of workers movement, TU movement, definition of TU and its necessity, TU activities, implementation of Labour Law and hindrances to implement the Labor law.
