BILS, under DGB-BW project organised two days training workshop for core organising team on September 23 and 24, 2020 at Hotel Golden Inn, Chattogram.

The training program was attended by nearly 14 participants from different local trade union organisations. BILS-LRSC Coordination Committee Member Tapan Datta inaugurated the training program. BILS-LRSC Coordintion Committee Chairman A M Nazimuddin, BILS-LRSC senior office Pahari Bhattacharjee and Rizwanur Rahman Khan, Assistant Program Officer Fazlul Kabir Mintu conducted various sessions of the 2-days training programme.

The sessions of the 2-days training program included “National Labour Policy-2012”, “ Few Legal Provisions  of  Bangladesh Labour Law in Terms of the Need of Worker”, “Organizing”, “Collective Bargaining”, “Registration of Trade Union”, “Role Play Session” and “Training Evaluation”. Participants actively took part in the training programme.
