BILS and Care Bangladesh jointly organised a reflection workshop titled, “ILO Convention 190 for the Elimination of Gender based Violence at Workplace: Achievement, Challenge and Way Forward” on March 1, 2021, at Asia Hotel and Resort.

The main objectives of the workshop were to share experience of the participants on taken initiatives under this project, continuous initiatives of Trade Union leadership for the implementation of ILO Convention 190 as a part of project activity, to develop a concept about their learning and to finalise the recommendation taken from the participants in order to define the way forward.

Abdul Wahed, BFTUC Office Secretary Shahida Parveen Shikha, BILS Executive Council Member Nasrin Akhter Dina, BILS Director Kohinoor Mahmood, CARE Bangladesh Team Leader Babul Azad, CARE Bangladesh Advocacy and Evaluation Officer Imran Hossain among others were present at the workshop.
