BILS, with the support of Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES) organised an opinion sharing meeting with the participation of Tripartite Consultative Council on November 27, 2017 at BILS Seminar Hall. Taking recommendations from the discussants aimed at making Tripartite Consultative Council at RMG sector effective and strong was the main objective of the meeting.

Discussants in the meeting recommended to define activities for making the role of Tripartite Consultative Council at RMG effective, to define the working outline of the committee, defining prioritization on implementing activities and taking advocacy strategy.

The meeting was chaired by BILS Vice Chairman Md. Mojibur Rahman Bhuiyan while BILS Joint Secretary General Dr. Wajedul Islam Khan delivered the welcome speech and BILS Advisory Council Member Roy Ramesh Chandra conducted the session. Besides, RMG Tripartite Committee Members, IndustriAll Bangladesh Council representatives and BILS Leaders participated in the meeting.
