Name of the Project: Promoting Implementation of Workplace Laws & Policies Related to Health & SRHR in RMG Factories

Goal: Building capacity of partner and non-partner factories on existing laws & policies on SRHR, facilitating linkages with available solutions and creating the evidence that how implementing these laws could be beneficial for the overall business success.

Major Activities: Training, Follow-up, Assessment, Lobby/Advocacy, Service re-integration and strengthening

Location: Dhaka (Savar, Ashulia, Gazipur, Tongi, Narayanganj and Tangail)

Target Groups:

• Mid-management from 10 partner and around 200 non-partner factories
• Workers’ representatives (Trade Unions, OHS Committee, Participation Committee, Anti-Harassment Committee, Canteen Committee etc.) from 10 partner factories
• Public and Private Service Providers related to Health and SRHR (Department of Labour, DGFP, BGMEA, BKMEA etc.)
