BILS-Project Team Patharghata-Barguna observed Victory Day 2018 on December 16, 2018 by offering flower bouquet at Shaheed Buddhijibi  Smritishoudha, Patharghata with the participation of  representatives from Workers’ Union, Trawler Owners’ Association and other Trade Unions.
