BILS organised an orientation workshop for youth Trade Union Organisers on October 31, 2017 at BILS Seminar Hall.

The programme was conducted aiming to create a group of skilled and promising organisers in labour movement, those who will play an effective role in the development of living standards of working people and protecting their rights through their active contribution in self organisations and labour movement.

BILS Executive Council Member Shakil Akhter Chowdhury, Senior Trainer and Training Expert Abu Eusuf Molla, BILS Executive Director Syed Sultan Uddin Ahmmed, Project Coordinator Kohinoor Mahmood, Programme Consultant Khandokar Abdus Salam, Programme Officer Monirul Kabir and a total number of 25 representatives from different Trade Union Federations participated in the workshop.
