Jointly organized by Bangladesh Institute of Labour Studies-BILS, Safety and Rights Society (SRS), Karmojibi Nari (KN) and iSocial , the fellowship brings together a new generation of young leaders committed to labour rights, social justice, and decent work.

Over the next three months, Fellows will engage in organizational placements, learning sessions, research activities, field visits, and direct interactions with workers, trade union leaders, labour rights advocates, and researchers. Through this journey, they will strengthen their values, commitment, knowledge, and skills to contribute to a workers’ rights-centric just society.
