BILS under its’ DGB-BW project organised a Core Team Evaluation Meeting on  December 13, 2021 at Hotel Saint Martin, Chattogram.

Ex. Vice Chancellor of Feni University Professor Dr. Mohammed Fasiul Alam was the chief guest while the Director of Labour-Chattogram A S M Enamul Huq was the special guest in the meeting. The meeting was presided over by BILS-LRSC Center Coordination Committee Chairman A M Naziuddin. It was addressed among others by labour leader Tapan Datta, Md. Safar Ali, Professor Dr. Muhammed Shaheen Chowdhury, Professor Kazi Nazmul Huda and BILS Director Kohinoor Mahmood. The participants shared their experiences and discussed on their future TU activities and plans and took part in group work and presentation too. The meeting was conducted by BILS Senior Officer Pahari Bhattacharjee and Rizwanur Rahman Khan.

Speakers in meeting urged to take necessary steps for the livelihood development of Private Health & Diagnostic sector workers. They also hoped that the Private Health & Diagnostic sector workers of Chattogram will get co-operation from the employers in terms of ensuring their rights and safety.
