BILS, with the support of Mondiaal FNV organised a consultation meeting on training manual development regarding advance training for organisers and Trade Union Leaders at RMG on July 18, 2018 at BILS Seminar Hall.

Preparing the participants on Trade Union management as well as effective management, participation in collective bargaining, negotiation and effective social dialogue, taking steps for planning and defining strategies for implementation through identifying area based problems. The meeting was organised aiming were the main objectives of the meeting.
