A planning meeting for observing International Domestic Workers’ Day 2017 was organised by Domestic Workers’ Rights Network-DWRN on June 1, 2017 at BILS Seminar Hall.

The main objective of the meeting was to organise area based opinion sharing meeting regarding “Domestic Workers Protection and Welfare Policy 2015” with the participation of  area representatives.

JSJB representative Hasi Akter, JSJ representative Hena Choudhury, JSF representative Nurun Nagar Khanam, BSF representative Shahnaz, DWAB representative Arifa Akter, BTUC representative Sayera Khatun, BJSF representative Salma Akter, BJSD representative Lutfun Nahar Lata, JSL representative Aleya Begum, BILS officials Jahangir Alam, Choudhury Borhan Uddin and Syaduzzaman participated in the meeting.
