In collaboration with Mondiaal-FNV, BILS organised a discussion meeting on the framework for the formation of area based Community Solidarity Forum on September 16, 2020 at BILS Seminar Hall, Dhaka.

The meeting was organised to finalise the framework for the formation of area based Community Solidarity Forum with the views and recommendations of the trade union federation leaders.

BILS Vice Chairman Amirul Haque Amin chaired the meeting. While Jatiya Sramik Jote Working President Md. Abdul Wahed, Jatiya Women’s Sramik League General Secretary Kazi Rahima Akhter Sathi, Bangladesh Mukta Sramik Federation Acting General Secretary Shahidullah Badal, Socialist Workers Front General Secretary Ahsan Habib Bulbul, IBC Formal General Secretary Salauddin Shopon, BILS Director Nazma Yesmin were present among others at the meeting.

Earlier, another discussion meeting on the same issue was held at the BILS Seminar Hall on September 7, 2020.
