A virtual meeting of BILS Executive Council Meeting was held on June 28, 2020 due to COVID-19 Pandemic situation.

Members of the council expressed deep grief over the death of BILS Advisory Council member Abdul Mukit Khan, BILS Vice Chairman Alhaj Sukkur Mahamud, Joint Secretary General and Executive Director Md. Zafrul Hasan and BILS Project Coordinator Md. Hafizul Hossain. At this time, condolences were expressed to all the people who died due to COVID-19. They also expressed their gratitude to all the doctors, nurses, health workers, technicians and members of the law enforcement agencies who are working tirelessly to tackle COVID-19.

BILS Chairman Md. Habibur Rahman Shiraz Chaired the meeting while, Vice Chairman Shirin Akhter, MP, Anwar Hossain and Amirul Haque Amin, Secretary General Nazrul Islam Khan, Joint Secretary General Dr. Wajedul Islam Khan, Finance secretary Rafiqul Islam Rafiq, Secretary Md. Kabir Hossain, Adv. Delwar Hossain Khan, Md. Safar Ali and Abul Kalam Azad, Executive Member Kutubuddin Ahmed. Abdul Wahed, Shakil Akhter Chowdhury, Umma Hasan Jhalmal, Pulak Ranjan Dhar, Kazi Rahima Akhter Shathi and Shamim Ara were present at the meeting.
