BILS, with the support of Modiaal FNV organised a four-day advanced training on leadership development at RMG sector on February 10-11 and 18-19, 2019 at BILS Seminar Hall, Dhaka. This training programme was organised aiming to enhance skills of union formation, training for youth leaders’ of federations and area based labour leaders at RMG sector.

The main objectives of the workshop were building the capacity of the participants to play effective role for ensuring workers rights, identifying violations and prevention against those, involving them actively in union activities and implementing strategy through identifying area based problems.

Youth leaders and organisers of SKOP affiliated Trade Union Federations at RMG sector and IndusctriAll associated Federations and area based union committees participated in the training programme.
